Sunday School

Children from Kindergarten through 5th/6th grade have Sunday School on Sundays, from mid-September to mid-May, during the school year, with a few exceptions. 

We meet at 9 A.M. in the Sanctuary and then move downstairs to the fellowship hall for a larger group activity and then to the Sunday School rooms. 

Three Year Curriculum

Holy Trinity uses a three-year curriculum cycle that the students hopefully will complete twice during their years in Sunday School. The cycles include:

• a year on the Bible as Liturgy as well as the Church Year; 
• a year on the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible; 
• a year on the New Testament. 

The content is different for the grade levels. 

Our Sunday school is currently divided into Kindergarten through Third Grade and Fourth through Fifth/Sixth. 

Future Plans

Future plans for Sunday School include a Pre-K Sunday School class that meets once a month in the nursery are in the works. This would be for parents and their small children from infants to Pre-K. 

The high school youth also has expressed interest in a high school youth class that will meet at a different time on Sundays than the regular Sunday School.
