Quilters

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is home base for a quilting group that makes quilts for people in need. The quilters group meets the second and fourth Mondays each month at 9 AM in Room 108.

Quilting is one of the ministries that help us live our "God's Work, Our Hands".

Using the power of color and God gifted talents employed to make quilts , we can see an expression God’s creativity and love!

If you love sewing, quilting and fellowship, come join this group.  The quilts this committee makes are used for local and worldwide ministry opportunities such as Lutheran World Relief and Jubilee Christmas.

Wide Distribution

The Holy Trinity quilters gather to make warm and colorful quilts for people in our community and across the world.

Each fall, activity increases as quilts destined for 25 or more Jubilee families are boxed up in addition to the 50 or more heading to Lutheran World Relief.

HTLCs quilts then begin their journey to areas in the world where they are needed most. Each year it’s a different area but HTLCs love has been sent as far as Montenegro, in Southeastern Europe near Croatia.”

Donations Appreciated!

The quilters could use sheets in good condition that may be cluttering your closet. Sheets are used to make backs for their quilts, No spots or tears please.

Donations may be given to any "Quilter" or placed outside the Quilting room door, Room 108.
